Democracy In Action Crashes Prime Ministers Website
The Downing Street website crashed under the load of anti-road-charging protestors rushing to sign an online petition. The e-petition, in question, urges people to sign in opposition to plans the government is considering for controversial pay-per-mile road-charging plans, as announced by the government last year. The petition, which has now passed the 1.3 million signature mark, has less than a week left to go. Visit the Number 10 website.
