Mio have announced a GPS-enabled Pocket PC Phone, the Mio A501. The A501 is reported to be using the SiRFstar III GPS chip. Specifications include Edge GPRS, a 2.7″ QVGA screen, 64/128 RAM/ROM capacity, quad-band GSM, Bluetooth 2.0 and it will be equipped with a 2MP digital camera. Nokia has announced the 6110 Navigator, a quadband mobile phone with sat-nav capabilities. The 6110 Navigator also features A-GPS (Assisted Global Positioning System) as well as GPS capabilities.
