Microsoft Unveils WM6 And Other Goodies At 3GSM

Microsoft officially announced their new Windows Mobile Version 6 and also 2 new services Live Search and PlayReady for mobile phones. Live Search is a service for Java and Windows Mobile enabled phones to facilitate advanced local search and mapping capabilities on their mobile devices. PlayReady is a new technology which is designed to meet the needs of users, mobile operators and handset manufacturers.
PlayReady facilitates easier access and support for music, video, games, ring tones and images. Audio/video formats supported include Windows Media® Audio (WMA), AAC/AAC+/HE-AAC, Windows Media Video (WMV), and H.264.
