Voice mail systems appear and expand in direct proportion to any corporate desire to reduce the number of human resources on any given payroll. Nasty. Now we're told that it may be possible to measure caller frustration levels by means of automated voice stress analysis or "emotion detection" as it's now being called. It's about time!
