Letters to the Editor
Norton Antivirus — Don't confuse subscription renewal with program update. One costs a few dollars a year (subscription renewal); the other costs $70. Confused? Visit the Symantec Norton Antivirus support site.
Rotring Trio 600 Stylus/Pen — Many of the new stylus/pens use interchangeable refills. Cross mini-refills work in Faber-Castell and vice versa. Lamy M21 and M55 refills work in the Rotring Trio 600.
Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 DVD Creator — Nice little product, but it doesn't actually create DVDs. It's a hardware interface box which helps you connect a VCR or camcorder to your PC.
Ghost 9.0 — Find technical answers and a huge Knowledge Base on the Symantec Support site.
Avery Labels — The best software to use with Avery labels is Avery DesignPro.
Busker & the PalmOne Tungsten E — Here's an informative thread on the Tungsten battery issue.
The Big City Byte — Can you successfully operate a small business using nothing but free software? It's a good question. Read the HotNews Blog for our take.
