QPS Inc Products
They don't exist anymore, just like QPS itself. The company went bye-bye and nobody picked up any of the intellectual property. The drivers, source code and other important stuff are all languishing somewhere, gathering proverbial dust.
Parsons Technologies Products
Also dead—the company that is. QuickVerse picked up Membership Plus and recently released version 9. You can find the company and all of its products here.

Sony Clie NX80V Car Cradle
Yet another orphaned product. Sony got out of the handheld business in North America early in 2004. But if you've got a GPS/Palm OS-based hardware device, Pathaway from Muskoka Software might do the trick for you. Here's our review.
Vacations, Vacations, Vacations
When staff members in a small office go on vacation, chaos can result unless you plan ahead and prepare for bigger workloads. Check with your local state or provincial labor department on employment standards and regulations governing legal holidays, vacation time and related subjects.
The Big City Byte
Didn't get what you thought you bought? March right back to the store and demand a refund. Don't negotiate any sort of settlement. Just keep it simple. If a salesperson steered you wrong, say so.
When manufacturers strip essential items out of product bundles in order to sell those items separately, the manufacturer better keep them in stock. Advertising the availability of something that's rarely in stock is gosh-awful dumb, not to mention frustrating for consumers. If you've got a complaint about a manufacturer, a specific product or a retailer in the U.S., visit the Consumers Union home page or visit their Action page. There's a consumers union or advocacy group in Canada and almost every country in Europe, Japan and so on.
