All tech support questions about the Zigview should be directed to Jay at Seculine. Battery life is another matter altogether, because no matter what we do, quite often the battery life we get out of any particular device is not the same as the amount someone else gets out of the same device. Seculine needs to do a much better job of technical support on their web site.

Norton Ghost in the System Tray
If Ghost is running as a startup process whenever you boot your computer, there is an easy fix:
- Go to the Start menu and click Run.
- In the Run dialog, type "msconfig" (without the quote marks), then click OK. The System Configuration utility will launch.
- At the top of the utility dialog, there is a row of tabs. Click the Startup tab.
- Scroll through the list in the Startup tab to find an entry for Norton Ghost. Uncheck that entry. Click Apply then click OK. Do not restart your computer yet.
- Go to the Start menu again. Select Programs and then Startup. If there's an entry for Norton Ghost, right-click the entry and delete it.
- Ensure that any option in Ghost itself which forces the program to launch on boot is turned off.
Restart your computer. Ghost should no longer load automatically.
